Transparent, two-part pricing

Every plan combines a monthly platform subscription — the software, workflows, and your analyst seats — with per-case vendor checks for the underlying verification work. They are two separate line items, so the per-case price is never confused with the platform fee.

For the vendor checks you choose one of two things: the First Mile Vendor Bundle — one flat price per case that covers all the underlying checks (sanctions & PEP screening, identity verification, company registry data, and adverse media) — or bring your own keys (BYOK). No separate vendor contracts, no surprise check bills, no per-vendor invoices to reconcile.

How the two-part pricing, per-case vendor checks, currency, billing, and upgrades work.

What is the difference between a free trial and a Proof of Concept?

A free trial — available on the Launch and Lift plans — gives you immediate access to the platform with your own data so your team can run real cases end-to-end. A Proof of Concept, available on the Charter plan, is a structured engagement with a dedicated solutions engineer who configures the platform against your specific operating model, integrates with the systems you nominate, and runs an agreed scope of cases against your acceptance criteria before you commit to a contract.

How do the platform fee and the per-case vendor charge combine?

Pricing has two separate parts. The monthly platform subscription (from £999 on Launch) pays for the software itself — document intelligence, the analyst workspace, decisioning, monitoring, and the seats on your plan. Separately, every case you run carries a per-case vendor charge for the underlying checks. You choose how to cover that: the First Mile Vendor Bundle at one flat per-case price, or bring your own vendor keys (BYOK) and pay your providers directly. The two are always billed as distinct line items, so the £25-per-case figure is never confused with the platform fee.

What does "from £25 per case" include, and why is it "from"?

The First Mile Vendor Bundle rolls all the underlying checks for a single case into one per-case price — sanctions and PEP screening, identity verification, company registry data, and adverse media — with no separate vendor contracts to negotiate. It starts at £25 per case; the exact figure depends on the mix of checks a given case actually triggers (for example, how many individuals are identity-verified or how many registries are queried), so a simple case sits at the lower end and a complex group structure costs more. On Cruise and Charter the bundle is volume-discounted, or you can switch to BYOK.

What currency are prices in, and do they include tax?

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP, £) and exclude VAT and any other local taxes, which are added where applicable. This applies to both the monthly platform subscription and the per-case vendor charge. We do not currently display prices in USD or EUR — speak to us if you need a quote in another currency.

How does billing work?

Launch and Lift bill monthly and you can cancel at any time. Cruise and Charter bill quarterly with a minimum-term commitment, reflecting the deeper integration and dedicated support those plans include. All plans are invoiced — there is no checkout — so we can match your procurement and finance processes.

Can we move between plans as we grow?

Yes. Plans are designed to layer on top of each other — the workflows you configure on Launch carry through to Lift, and from Lift to Cruise, without re-implementation. Upgrading typically takes effect at your next billing cycle and we handle the transition with you. Downgrading is also supported; we will help you map any plan-specific configuration back to the lower tier.
