How trials, vendor costs, billing, and upgrades work.

What is the difference between a free trial and a Proof of Concept?

A free trial — available on the Launch and Lift plans — gives you immediate access to the platform with your own data so your team can run real cases end-to-end. A Proof of Concept, available on the Charter plan, is a structured engagement with a dedicated solutions engineer who configures the platform against your specific operating model, integrates with the systems you nominate, and runs an agreed scope of cases against your acceptance criteria before you commit to a contract.

How do vendor costs work?

On Launch and Lift, the cost of underlying vendor calls — sanctions and PEP screening, company registry lookups, identity verification — is bundled into your subscription. You will not need to negotiate or hold separate contracts with those vendors. On Cruise and Charter you can keep the bundled arrangement, or bring your own vendor keys (BYOK) and use commercial relationships you already have in place.

How does billing work?

Launch and Lift bill monthly and you can cancel at any time. Cruise and Charter bill quarterly with a minimum-term commitment, reflecting the deeper integration and dedicated support those plans include. All plans are invoiced — there is no checkout — so we can match your procurement and finance processes.

Can we move between plans as we grow?

Yes. Plans are designed to layer on top of each other — the workflows you configure on Launch carry through to Lift, and from Lift to Cruise, without re-implementation. Upgrading typically takes effect at your next billing cycle and we handle the transition with you. Downgrading is also supported; we will help you map any plan-specific configuration back to the lower tier.
